Laurie founded Personal Touch Property Management in April 2006 with a vision of creating a property management company built on genuine relationships, trust, and exceptional service. Nearly two decades later, that same commitment continues to guide everything PTM does.

Laurie especially enjoys working with property owners, helping first-time investors feel confident as they grow their portfolios while continuing to be a trusted advisor for long-standing clients. She believes successful property management is about more than maintaining homes; it’s about building lasting partnerships and helping people achieve their investment goals.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Laurie spending time at the lake with her husband, three daughters (and their spouses), and three granddaughters, or enjoying the outdoors with her Frenchie, Corgi and Golden Retriever.
