It begins with preventative maintenance. We complete ongoing training for our maintenance team to ensure that they’re fully equipped to utilize optimal and affordable repair solutions.
How do you collect rent from tenants?
We make rent payments simple and hassle-free. Residents receive timely reminders about upcoming rent charges. We also offer an online portal where tenants can pay rent securely. If a payment is missed, we follow up on the fourth of the month. This helps decrease the chances of late payments.
Can you market my property?
Definitely! We market properties on Facebook, Apartments.com, and other top rental listing sites to maximize visibility. We take professional, staged pictures and provide 360 tours. We also we’ve also built strong relationships with current residents and receive many referrals from them for quality leads.
Do you conduct inspections?
We believe in preventative maintenance. Our team conducts regular inspections of properties and build plans with the investors to address minor issues. This also helps to prevent larger repair bills.
